Checklist and arrival tools

Country, route, checklist progress, and offline first-hotel address details are stored in your browser's local storage. This address tool is separate from China's official immigration arrival card. The saved details are not sent to a China On Your Own account or database. Clearing this site's browser data removes the saved copy.

The Entry Path Finder keeps your answers only in the current page while it is open. It does not save or send those answers.

Analytics and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-use information. The site also includes the Vercel Speed Insights component, but performance collection is not currently enabled for this Vercel project. If it is enabled later, this notice will be updated. Vercel Web Analytics may process the page or route, referrer, approximate region, and device and browser information. Vercel states that it does not associate this data with an individual visitor or IP address and does not use third-party cookies.

Accounts, cookies, and external links

This site does not currently offer user accounts. China On Your Own does not set advertising cookies. Official-source and support links can take you to other websites, which apply their own privacy practices.
