If the first plan fails
You booked a different park check-in

Weather or visitor controls close the booked check-in
Follow the current official closure or visitor-control notice. Do not move to another gate unless the official reservation channel confirms it is open and accepts the booking.
The city-to-park transfer is no longer confirmed
Stay at the staffed airport or station until the operator, destination check-in, drop-off point, and hotel handoff are all confirmed.
Save the booked check-in in English and Chinese, the reservation screen, and the hotel address offline. If the gate is wrong or weather closes it, use the official ticket desk or current notice; if no valid replacement is confirmed, remain outside the park and use a low-commitment Zhangjiajie city backup.
