Keep Shenzhen North and Futian Station distinct

If the first plan fails
The named checkpoint is closed or its operating window changed
Do not redirect to another crossing from a saved guide. Check the current Shenzhen port notice and confirm the alternate checkpoint's eligibility, operating window, transport, and final handoff. If none is confirmed, remain on the Shenzhen side and ask at a staffed port desk.
The driver or app shows the railway station instead of the checkpoint
Do not start the ride until Futian Railway Station or Futian Checkpoint matches the paid booking and the complete English and Chinese destination.
The complete onward route no longer operates
Stop using the saved timetable. Ask at a currently staffed airport, station, or port desk for a route that still completes the whole journey.
Before a border journey, save the named checkpoint's current official page and one separately verified alternate. If the checkpoint closes or its window changes, stay on the Shenzhen side until port staff or a current official notice confirms the replacement route.
