Start with the exact name shown on the paid booking, ticket, or official reservation. Beijing Capital (PEK) and Beijing Daxing (PKX) are separate places and may need different routes. Check the current operator information for your date, then save the hotel address and one staffed fallback offline.

Choose the airport before choosing the transport mode

PEK and PKX sit on different sides of Beijing and use different airport rail links. Match the airport code and terminal first, then test the complete route to the hotel against the landing time and luggage.

Read the live flight ticket before opening a route. Beijing Capital (PEK) and Beijing Daxing (PKX) are different airports, so save the airport code and terminal together.

Test the complete airport-to-hotel chain
For PEK, check the current Capital Airport route. For PKX, include the Daxing Airport route and any transfer after Caoqiao. Make sure the last connection still fits the landing time and luggage.

Save the full Beijing hotel name and address in Chinese. If the rail chain no longer works, use the staffed transport desk or signed taxi queue at the airport printed on the ticket.

Match the terminal, then check the current Airport Express or other official onward route through to the hotel. Do not reuse a PKX instruction.

PKX

Build the route from Daxing Airport

Check the current Daxing Airport Express journey and the transfer after Caoqiao. The rail link is useful only when the whole route still operates.

Choose this when the rail connection no longer fits the landing time or luggage. Show the complete hotel name and address in Chinese.

Save the complete English and Chinese names

Copy the live booking or operator wording. A city name alone is not a station, airport, terminal, entrance, or hotel address.

If the first plan fails

The saved route starts at the other Beijing airport

Stop and rebuild from PEK or PKX as printed on the live ticket. Do not try to repair the route by changing only the first station.

The airport rail runs but the final connection does not

Check the entire journey, not only the airport segment. Use the signed taxi queue if the last transfer or hotel walk is no longer practical.

The driver cannot identify the hotel

Show the full Chinese hotel name, address, phone number, and a nearby confirmed landmark. Do not substitute a district name for the property.

One simple backup

Save two separate offline cards: the airport code and terminal from the ticket, and the complete Beijing hotel address. If the rail chain fails, take both cards to the signed taxi queue or current staffed transport desk.
